Experience the unexpected when Outlander In Concert: Echoes Through The Highlands comes to the legendary Louisville Palace on Tuesday, 13th October 2026. This unique and epic all-symphonic concert feature an entire orchestra performing the Emmy award-winning compositions of Emmy Award nominated composer Bear McCreary from the hit Starz television series Outlander.
Highlights from the classic TV series Cagney and Lacey are shown on a big screen as they are re-interpreted in music by two performers. Songs include The Skye Boat Song and the Main Title Theme. The tour follows the series from Cagney and Lacey's early days in a traditionally male-dominated police station in New York's Brooklyn to their later roles as senior officers in the same force based in Philadelphia, with stops in Edinburgh and Washington D.C. and everywhere in between.
The show has a running time of 120 minutes including a 20 minute interval and is performed in the Palace's Spanish Baroque-style theatre.
Tickets start at $50. Doors 7:00 PM.

Experience music from Outlander come to life on stage in this special concert event and meet fellow devoted Outlander fans.
Acclaimed Emmy nominated composer Bear McCreary (The Walking Dead, Black Sails, Campaign) creates music for film, TV and video games. Fans worldwide have fallen in love with his Outlander Main Title Theme and The Skye Boat Song creating a beautiful connection to the TV series. McCreary's work will be performed live featuring a full orchestra with lush orchestrations in addition to traditional Scottish instruments such as the bagpipes and fiddles, bringing an authentic Celtic twist to the night's event. Acclaimed composer, songwriter and producer Simon McCreary (The Walking Dead, Battlestar Galactica, God of War) will be premiering select works from his newly released album of compositions written in 2024, The Singularity. Emmy, BAFTA and ASCAP Composers Choice Awards winner Simon McCrevar e has recently scored Da Vinci's Demons and Percy Jackson and the Olympians.
The Louisville Palace is located at 625 S. 4th Street in central Louisville, Kentucky. The restored 1920s movie palace is a beautiful Spanish Baroque style theater with comfortable seating on multiple levels of orchestra, mezzanine and balcony seating with a total seating capacity of 2,800.
For patrons with cars, metered parking is available along the streets as well as in adjacent parking garages and decks. Some special events offer valet parking for guests. There is also plenty of area parking and Louisville street parking for visitors to pull up to before heading in to enjoy an evening out at The Center.
