The legendary band Earth, Wind & Fire was created in 1969 by founders Vickie and Maurice White in Chicago, Illinois. In addition to several other awards and accolades, the group has garnered nine Grammy Awards, including the group's Lifetime Achievement Award in 2012. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2000 and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Their powerful vocals even received a spot in the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 2003. With over 90 million records sold in the USA alone, the group has surely earned its place as one of the best-selling musical groups in history. 

Louisville Palace Information

Completed in 1928, the Louisville Palace is one of the world's greatest entertainment venues, with a Spanish Baroque-style exterior and interior. It hosts top entertainers from around the world and is considered one of Louisville's gems. Plush seating is available in every configuration throughout the theater; orchestra, balcony and loge seating with a total of 2,800 seats. The theater is of the atmospheric style affording superior acoustics.
