After a string of powerful female comedians gained mainstream recognition for their unflinching take on sex, marriage, having babies and juggling careers with family life, Ali Wong has been garnering attention for her own thoughts on the subject. Her two Netflix specials – Baby Cobra and Hard Knock Wife – received a lot of critical acclaim and even entered the cultural lexicon, as much of the material was performed while she was clearly pregnant with her second child. Comedienne Wong follows up on the Emmy Award-winning series Beef (Netflix) starring herself and Day Day (played by Steven Yeun), which took home several Emmy Awards including one for special recognition for Acting in a Limited Series, with her new Netflix special Don Wong. Wonghole, her first Netflix special, continued her legacy of tackling the topics we all want to talk about that most consider to be off-limits to comedy. Time Magazine included her in their list of the 100 Leading Figures in 2018.
The Louisville Palace is a premier entertainment venue located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The Palace, which opened in 1928, boasts Spanish Baroque styled interior and exterior design. The venue has a seating capacity of approximately 2,800 across the ground floor, mezzanine floor and balcony and benefits from modern acoustic and lighting facilities suitable for a wide range of comedians and styles of comedy whilst remaining within the historic settings of the palace.

Several of these lots are immediately adjacent to the Palace, as well as many on-street parking spaces throughout the Louisville urban area.
